Carolyn Mae Wade Williams, age 66, of Harrison County, Kentucky, died Monday, July 30, 2012, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born in Harrison County on July 13, 1946, to the late Robert LaFayette and Emma Lou Withers Wade, she was a homemaker and member of Berry Christian Church. She loved doing crafts and was "Mamaw" to many.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Dale Wade. She is survived by: her husband, Nelson Williams; three daughters, Kim Williams Moore, of Harrison County, and Karen Williams Angelucci and Sharon Williams (Russell) Ben David, both of Lexington; a brother, Don (Elizabeth) Wade, of Harrison County; two sisters, Ann Simpson, of Cynthiana, and Rita (Doug) Link, of Bourbon County; six grandchildren, Josh (Alissa Wright) Williams, Dwayne Moore, III, Emma Lee Moore, Olivia Grace Moore, Sarah Angelucci and Rachel Angelucci; two great-grandchildren, Lydia Williams and Jackson Williams; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Ware Funeral Home by Bro. Randy Wilson, with visitation at 5:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to: Berry Christian Church, P.O. Box 25, Berry, Kentucky 41003; or American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, Virginia 22312.
