He was preceeded in death by his wife Carol Errickson Chan ,step daughter Debbie Sue Hanna, and step grandson Shawn Hanna . & his father Jose Chan..
He is survived by his mother Josefina Chan, brother Tomas Chan, Bernardo Chan & Julie Chan..and four children.

He will be laid to rest in Freehold, NJ, Adelphia Cemetary with his Second wife Carol.
