Mrs. Helmer J. (Rose) , Brudvig, 66, West Fargo, died January 12 in as nursing home in Fargo where she had resided since December 23.

The funeral was held in West Chapel, West Fargo, January 15, with Rev. James Boyd officiating.

Rose G. Aalgaard was born at Karnak December 14, 1910, daughter of the late Peter and Anna (Stromme) Aalgaard. She grew up in the Hannaford community and was married to Helmer Brudvig at Binford October 24, 1935. After their marriage they farmed near Binford until 1941, when they moved to the Cooperstown area. In 1965 they moved to West Fargo.

Besides her husband she leaves four sons, Harvey of Fargo, Lyle, Bismarck; Leland, Webster, South Dakota and Duane, Crystal, Minn.

Nine brothers and sisters; Leif, Selmer and Robert Aalgaard, all of Sacramento, CA, Algot of Hannaford, Mrs. Jim (Margaret) Porter, Aitkin, MN, Leonard of Grand Forks, Mrs. Lawrence (Rachel) Pratt, Cooperstown; Mrs. Ira (Stella) Larson, Eugene, OR, and Albert of Los Angeles, CA, and eight grandchildren.

An infant son preceded her in death.
