Mabel H. (Travis) Houts age 79, of Westville went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday April 2nd, 2014. Mabel was born in rural Cape Charles, VA. She served her Lord as Sunday School Teacher and Piano player right up to her passing. Mabel wife of Rev. Kenneth O. Houts celebrated their 59th Anniversary on June 5th, 2013. Survived by children Martha Repetti (Bobby), Sharon Goodrow (Gary), Stephen Houts (Vicki), Ruth Homan (Walter), grandchildren Elizabeth Jackson (Greg), Laura Schilling (Dave), Sarah Burke (Dennis), Susan Goodrow, Michael Houts (Morgan), Catherine Houts, Jedidiah, Hannah, Leah, Elijah, & Michaiah Homan, great grandchildren Landon & Ethan Jackson, Silas Burke, sister Betty Parker, brothers Butch & Grayson Travis. Predeceased by sister Rebecca Long. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Mabel's homegoing on Sunday April 6th, 2014 from 2 to 4 PM at Blessed Hope Community Church 115 Andolora Way Westville, NJ 08093. Funeral Service will be held 4 PM. Graveside service will be 11 AM Monday at Eglington Cemetery in Clarksboro, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Blessed Hope Community Church.
