Dwight Henson Cheatham, 60, of Haleyville died Thursday night, Feb. 10, 2005, in Hendrix Health Care in Double Springs.

Funeral services will be held Monday, Feb. 14, 2005, at 11 a.m. at Nichols Funeral Home Chapel in Haleyville, with burial to follow at Millstone Mountain Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Lynn. Rev. Lawson Clark will officiate. Nichols Funeral Home is directing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Nille Cheatham.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Cheatham of Haleyville; sons, Kevin Cheatham and Dale Halbrooks, both of Double Springs, and Cody Cheatham of Haleyville; daughters, Laura Hammett of Caster, La., and Brittney Cheatham of Haleyville; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers, Charles Cheatham and Carl Cheatham, both of Jasper; sisters, Clara Henson, Geraldine Blackwell, Ramona Cain, all of Jasper; Faye Keeton of Sylacauga; Imogene Glass of Savannah, Ga.
