Randy Keith Andrus of Sylvester passed away on March 20, 2014 in Grand Rapids. He was born to Clayton "Andy" L.Andrus & Janet E. Dangler Andrus.

Randy married and to their union was born three sons. His youngest son Jason passed at the age of three months. The family moved to the Lakeview area. Randy's marriage ended and for a time he lived in Florida.

Upon returning to Michigan he came back to the Lakeview area and settled down in Sylvester. He worked a variety of retail jobs and for the last several years he managed the Dollar General store in Lakeview.

Randy was known for his big smile & infectious laugh. He loved all things Harley Davidson. His grandkids called him "Papa Harley" He enjoyed going to flea markets and was a regular at Trufant & Burley Park. He enjoyed deer hunting and happy to spend time being able to bag his buck. He loved riding his Harley and just the week before his passing he was riding in Tennessee with friends. He belonged to Rough Roads Montcalm Motor Cycle Club.

Randy was very proud of his sons. He was excited to go to Washington D.C. to see his son Josh get married. His second son & daughter-in-law made him a grandfather. He loved those three grandkids and to see them brought a great joy for him.

Besides his son's family, his daughter-in-law in Washington DC & his girlfriend & her family, he is survived by both of his parents, two brothers, his sister, and their families. He was a friend to many and he will be missed.

The names of his survivors have been omitted to protect their privacy.
