Albert G. Peterson died at his home in this city Sunday evening at about six o’clock. His death was sudden, without warning. With his family he had had dinner at the G. F. Lindley home. On his way home he stopped into his place of business and was taken sick. Walter Porter who was there at the time, took him home in his car. He got out of the car and walked into his home, and after another attack called hie wife and the doctor. He soon got better and the doctor left. Another attack came a short time afterwards and death came, almost before the doctor returned. He was taken sick about four o'clock and died about six o'clock. He had complained of a pain in his arm and shoulder during the week but had not been kept from his work but a few hours Saturday night he was apparently as well as ever and Sunday he was feeling exceptionally well.

The sudden death of Mr. Peterson has caused profound sorrow in the entire city and there is universal sadness caused by his untimely death. He was fair and square, honest in his business dealings, a kind and loving father and husband and always taking part in any occasion for the community benefit where his talent could be of assistance. He was a good home provider and took special pride in his family of four children, in whom his entire interests centered.

He was successful in his business and but recently had purchased the building on Broadway, now occupied by the Battery station, which be expected to remodel and locate his cleaning plant.

The sincerest and unqualified sympathy of Eagle Grove is extended the sorrowing family during this their darkest hour.
