Mrs. William McLaren Dead

Former Lewiston Resident Passed Away in Spokane.

At 6:30 o'clock last evening at the home of her son in Spokane, Mrs. William McLaren passed away at the age of 66 years, death ensuing after a year's illness, and was not unexpected. Word of the death was received in this city my Mrs. McLaren's daughter, Mrs. Ben Morris.

The deceased resided in Lewiston for many years, leaving about eleven years ago to take up her residence in the city in which she died. During the family's residence here, Mrs. McLaren formed many staunch friendships and to these the news of her death will cause great regret. The family home was in the Blanchard Heights section of Lewiston.

Mr. McLaren died several years ago and is buried in Lewiston, and the remains of Mrs. McLaren will be shipped from Spokane today, accompanied by another daughter, Mrs. Ray Morris, of Port Ludlow, Wash., and her son, William M. McLaren, for interment here. The service will be conducted at the Brower-Wann chapel at 4 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.
