Michael was more than a cousin, he was a best friend, a confidant, and a role model. He loved God and his family so very much. His children and grandchildren were his life.

Michael was a Vietnam Veteran. We spent many hours talking about the war, growing up in Southern California, surfing, his faith, and his family. There are no words to express how much I miss this kind, strong, gentle soul of a man.

Scottsville-Chili: February 18, 2014 at age 66. He is survived by his children, Jason (Heather) Lewis, Tiffany (Keith) Nicolosi; wife, Valerie; father, Frank Lewis; sisters, Sherry, Linda Tobias; grandchildren, Wiatt, Rachel, Keira, Kael, Alexa, McKenna; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, Bobbi Lewis; brother, Steven Lewis. Mike was a member of an American Legion Post and Community Gospel Church. He was a Vietnam Army Veteran. He was a loving father and a amazing grandfather. Our loss is heaven's gain.

Family and friends are invited to call Saturday 11-2 PM at the J.H. Cameron Funeral Home, 26 Rochester St., Scottsville where his Funeral Service will be held following calling hours at 2 PM. Interment, Westside Cemetery, Chili. Memorials may be made to Community Gospel Church, 715 Browns Rd., Scottsville, NY 14546.
