Robert Gary "Nub" Smith, 71, of Loganville, died Monday, Dec. 12, 2011. He was born in Madison on Jan. 12, 1940, to Robert Samuel Smith and Hazel Head Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Rick Smith.
Smith is survived by his son, Rick Smith, of Loganville; brother and sister-in-law, Danny and Elwin Smith, of Loganville; and special friend, Vera Windsor, of Loganville.
Funeral services were Wednesday, Dec. 14, at Corinth Christian Church with the Rev. Lester Waters, the Rev. Lynn Head and the Rev. Don Hardison officiating. Burial followed at Corinth Christian Church Cemetery.
