He was preceded in death by his father and mother. He is survived by his birth mother, 2 sisters, two uncles on his mother's side, and nieces and nephews.
Rev. Fields was a page early in his career for the West Virginia legislature. He graduated from Wahama High School in 1986, and earned a BA at Marshall University, and a Master of Divinity from McAfee School of Theology at Mercer University. He worked with Baptist Campus Ministries at two schools before pastoring churches in West Virginia, Savannah, Georgia, and finally 1st Baptist Church of Tazewell, Virginia.
PLEASE WEAR YOUR SEAT BELT! He was only 45 years old!
[Sincere gratitude to [[Debra]] for her sponsorship of Myron's memorial.]
