Born in Atlanta, GA, on June 28, 1954; daughter of the late Ansel Chapman Sr. and Betty Joyce Adams Chapman.
An assistant manager of The Pantry in Clemson and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Ellis Adams Jr.; brothers, Ansel Chapman Jr., and Butch Chapman; sister, Susan Elaine Chapman Hamrick; mother and father-in-law, Paul and Betty Adams; and a sister-in-law, Shelia Chandler (Roger).
Also preceded in death by a brother, Alan "Bubba" Chapman.
A memorial service was held at a later date.
