Daniel Anthony Schmidt, 70, was the son of Theodore "Tibor" and Florence Binnion Schmidt. He married Rita L. Moore on Sept. 12, 1970 in Bloomington.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Patrick Schmidt in infancy, and Timothy Schmidt in 2008.
He worked at Mennonite Hospital and Bridgestone-Firestone for many years.
