Flint Harold "Dale" Bolerjack , of Flint, age 92, died Sunday, February 9, 2014 at his residence.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 15, 2014 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Carol Blair Bouse officiating. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions to Hope United Methodist Church Music Department. Visitation 11 a.m. Saturday until the time of the service.

Harold was born in Dexter, Missouri on June 1, 1921, the son of Fred and Mary (Divine) Bolerjack . He married Virginia Johnston on June 21, 1945. He served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. He was a member of Hope United Methodist Church in Flint. Mr. Bolerjack was employed by General Motors Parts Division for almost 40 years, retiring in 1979.

Surviving are his wife, Virginia; daughter, Carol Fusero; son, Patrick and wife Mary; four grandchildren, Amy, Dan, Brian and Michael; four great-grandchildren, Gracyn, Sophia, Andrew and Hayes; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his son, Barry; daughter, Sandra Kay; parents and brother, Denver.
