She was born on April 8, 1947 in Tuscola to Clarence and Bessie Ramsey Miller. She married Roy Andrew Fultz on February 27, 1966 at the Arcola United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband; two sons, Todd Andrew (Michelle) Fultz and Eric Coleman (Llonna) Fultz; six grandchildren and one sister, Harriet Ingram.
She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant son.
