Bob's stone is in the fenced area where his brother Rev Ellis Stanley & Ellis' wife Vernie Booth Stanley are buried. Their mother was Mary Jane Hicks Christian Stanley. Their father was William Bartley "Bart" Stanley. Bob loved to hunt - squirrel & rabbit in the fall and winter, and roots in the spring and summer like ginseng and yellow root. He also hunted scrap iron. He was a coal miner all his life. He died at Pinecrest TB Sanitorium in Beckley, WV.
