Phillip B. Austin, 66, of Louisville, died Nov. 5, 2005, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
He was a native of Lexington, a retired special agent with the FBI for 27 years, and a retired director of investigations for the OEA in Frankfort.
Survivors include his wife, the former Jackie McCance; a sister, Virginia Goodson of Plano, Texas; two nephews, Christopher Bates of Lexington and Michael Helfrick of Waterloo, Iowa; a niece, Breanna Helfrick of Waterloo; and an uncle, Armand Angelucci of Lexington.
Services will be at 10 a.m., Nov. 15, at Duncan Memorial Chapel in Crestwood. Private burial will follow.
Memorial gifts may go to GRRAND in Louisville or St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
Arrangements were handled by Stoess Funeral Home in Crestwood.
