The remains of Mrs. Minnie Walbert, former resident, who died at a hospital in Racine, Wisconsin, early Tuesday morning, arrived here yesterday morning and was taken to the Massie Undertaking parlors here.
Funeral services will be held at the Presbyterian church at 2 o'clock this (Friday) P.M., Rev. Shull officiating. Interment will be made in Clark cemetery.
The deceased was former resident of this city having moved to Racine about two years ago to live with her son.
She is survived by the following children, Rufus, Garnet and Elsie, of Racine, Mrs. George Gibbons, of Beardstown and Mrs. Lewis Suffern of this city, also five grand-children and a host of other relatives and friends.
Minnie was originally buried in Clark Cemetery, Virginia, Cass, Illinois; but was later moved to Walnut Ridge when the family decided that the Clark Cemetery wasn't being kept up well enough.
