Funeral services were held Saturday October 17, 2009 at 2 pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with the Rev. Clay Cook officiating. Burial was in the Hayes Creek Cemetery. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 4, 1955 the son of Viola McCarter Neal Wilson and the late Francis Neal. He was the former owner of the RF Neal Funeral Chapel, a member of the Langston Baptist Church of Conway, South Carolina, a former member of the Hallelujians, Masonic Lodge, V.F.W.of Murrel Inlet, South Carolina, South Strand Shag Club, BAMI Beach Music Association, Miss Myrtle Beach Beauty Pageant Committee. He served in the United States Navy. His father precedes him in death. Survivors includes his wife, Bonnie Neal of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, mother Viola Neal Wilson and stepfather Eli Wilson of Pine Knot, Kentucky, son Richard Aaron Neal of Houston, Texas, stepson Paul Davis of Stearns, Kentucky, daughter Alicia Yvonne Ulrich of Charleston, South Carolina, a stepdaughter Georgetta Davis Venette of Murrell Inlet, South Carolina, and three brothers Tim Wilson, Tom Wilson and Jim Wilson all of Pine Knot, Kentucky. A granddaughter Holly Ann Neal and a grandson Caleb Clouse also survive. Military Honors were provided by the American Legion Post #115. McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements
