Agnes L. Wargo, 93, of Harmar died Saturday (Jan. 31, 2004) in her home.
Born Nov. 23, 1910, in Presto, she lived in the Valley most of her life.
She was a member of Christian Missionary Alliance Church and the Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary, both of Harmar.
Survivors include a son, Joseph Wargo of Dorseyville, Indiana Township; a daughter, Peggy A. Wargo of Harmar; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Wargo, in 1978; a son, Edward Wargo; a grandson, Joseph Wargo; her parents, James and Janet McDonald Andrews; two brothers, James and George Andrews; and four sisters, Janet Marsico, Rebecca Schultz, Christine Watts and Elizabeth Gaines.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in SPRINGDALE at the CHARLES B. JARVIE FUNERAL HOME INC., 801 Pittsburgh St., where services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Her pastor, the Rev. James Ailes, will officiate. Burial will follow in Deer Creek Cemetery, Harmar Township.
