widow of David O. Lewis, died early Monday morning at her home in Foxville of complications, age 75 years, three months and six days.
She was a life long resident of Hauvers District.
She was the daughter of the late Samuel and Mary (Wolf) Toms.
She was a member of Mt. Bethel Methodist church.
Surviving are six daughters,Mrs. Mary Alice Kuhn and Mrs. Haven Pearl Kendall,of Foxville; Mrs. Anna Mae Kuhn, Smithsburg; Mrs. Alta Lewis, Garfield; Mrs. Rosa Smith, Hagerstown; and Mrs. Hazel Miller, Thurmont; three sons Roy Lewis and Frank I. Lewis, of Foxville and Marshall J. Lewis, at home. Thirty grandchildren and thirty-two great-grandchildren; three brothers, Rufus and Daniel Toms, residents of Ohio, and Charles Toms, Thurmont.
Funeral services are Thursday morning at 11 o'clock in Mt. Bethel church. Interment in the cemetery adjoining. M. L. Creager and Son, funeral directors.
