Jeff was born in Appleton Wisconsin to Jo (Wichman) Horn and Lou Horn, Jeff was very active in sports and graduated from Appleton High School West in 1977, Jeff started to work in the family business and eventually ran Wichmann's Waterbed Showroom, Jeff was very talented in merchandising and was very personable to everyone, Jeff later moved to phoenix to start his own business after the family business was retired, Jeff decided to stay in Phoenix loving the warm weather friends he had made there, Jeff is survived by a son Devin, brother Tim and sister Becky, Jeff had lost a brother to cancer, Jeff was a very special person and should not be forgotten for all the good that was in him, I will miss him.
