Roger was chief executive and part owner of Always Evolving Race Team. In 2012, he finished 2nd in 2012 Porsche Drivers Cup Series. He was also a wealth manager with Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Besides his charitable work with Reach Out Worldwide, he was also involved in the Asomugha Foundation which provided educational opportunities for under privileged youths in addition to numerous other charities in Central and South America. Roger was tragically taken in a car accident while attending a charity benefit for Reach Out Worldwide. The accident also took the life of actor Paul Walker. Rodas leaves behind a wife and two children.
