Hello, The info you provided about adoption of George Arthur is incorrect. They are two different men completely. The parents of both of these men are in the censuses and graveyards. The wives of these men and children are documented as well.
People liked to merge these men because of an error on a census. People took at face value instead of good ole fashioned hunting to verify and document.
Even your own memorial shows the death date of George and his mother- he was not one years old when the mother died.
