Timp Adams Sr., 92, of Frost passed away Sunday, Jan. 12, 2003 at Baylor Medical Center in Irving.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Taylor Chapel Baptist Church in Frost with the Rev. October Thomas officiating. Interment will follow at Brushie Prairie Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be M. C. Williams, Timothy Adams, Frank Walker, Jonathan McNeal, Howard Sandifer and Fred Randle.
Mr. Adams was born Dec. 5, 1910 in Freestone County.
He was preceded in death by his wife, three sons and two daughters.
Survivors include his sons, Timp Adams Jr. of Frost, Dores Lee Adams of Fort Worth, George Pete Adams of Borger and Mon Jay Adams of Irving; daughters, Audrey Walker of Borger and Judy Sandifer of Irving; 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
