She was born December 23, 1960 at Elkins a daughter of the late Elmer M. Skidmore and Margaret E. (Guire) Skidmore who survives.
She is survived by two children Joey Ware and wife Jessie of Belington and Jennifer Ware of Kerens and former husband Teddy Ware of Belington, one sister Elizabeth Pritt and husband Donnie of Beverly, and one brother Michael Skidmore of Cincinnati, OH. She is also survived by one grandchild Teddy Ware III, and one nephew Dakota Pritt of Beverly.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by two infant daughters.
Mrs. Skidmore graduated from Elkins High School and D & E College with a degree in Psychology. She was lastly employed by Application Mental Health as a case worker. She enjoyed volunteering her time working on genealogy; she also loved working in her flower garden, and crossword puzzles. She was a Christian by faith.
Friends will be received at the Talbott Funeral Home in Belington from 7 - 9 pm on Thursday November 7, 2013 and again on Friday from 8 am until 11 am the funeral hour when final rites will be conducted from the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in the Trinity Cemetery near Belington. The Talbott Funeral Home in Belington is in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Eleanor Jean Skidmore.
