Raleigh Moses "Bunchy" Tyson, Jr., 59, of Tifton, died Wednesday, January 31, 2007, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2007, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Rev. J Bateman and Rev. A Lewis will officiate with burial to follow in Tift Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Tyson was born on January 5, 1948 in Adel and was the son of Raleigh Moses Tyson, Sr., deceased, and Louise Hancock Tyson of Lenox. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Lenox and a truck driver for Orgill, Inc. He was a United States Marine Corps Vietnam War veteran.
