Cheryl Ann Hunn, 40, of 312 N. 2nd St. Alpha, formerly of Rock Island, died Thursday at University Hospitals, Iowa City.
Services are noon Monday at Knox-Larson Funeral Home, Rock Island. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, Silvis.
Visitation is 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. A memorial fund is being established by the family.
The former Cheryl Brooks was born June 8, 1947, in Rock Island, where she married David Hunn Aug. 19, 1977.
Survivors include the widower; daughters Angela Agnich, Babbitt, Minn., and Erica Hunn, at home; a son, Jason Agnich, Babbitt; sisters Marilyn Woods, Milan, Ruth Brooks, Galesburg, and Linda Sweeney,, Alpha, and a brother Richard Brooks, Orion.
