OBIT:
Frank W. Simpkins, the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Simpkins, passed away at 11 o'clock yesterday forenoon at the home of his parents, 1316 South Seventh Street, aged 16 years. He had been ill for some time with lung trouble, and a severe hemorrhage quenched the flickering flame of life.
Besides his parents, four sisters, and two brothers are left, Mrs. Fred Harmon, Charlotte, Barbara and Nellie Simpkins; and Hector Simpkins and George Simpkins of Juneau, Alaska.
The boy was a pupil of the Tacoma High School and was a graduate of the grammar grades of the class of 1902. He was a bright and lovable young lad and a favorite with all who knew him. The funeral will be held from the family residence at 2 o'clock, Thursday afternoon.
