Margaret was the daughter of the late Joseph Erwin and Ida Gwen Condrey, of Spartanburg, S.C. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George N. Adair; sister, Frances C. McMillian; brother, Joe Condrey; granddaughters, Dixie Adair Tuberville and Margo Mullins Moon; grandson, Matthew Adair; and great-grandson, Hunter Tuberville.
Affectionately known as "Big Mama," Mrs. Adair truly loved her family and will be missed by those who knew her. Margaret was a member of Hull Baptist Church, where she worked for many years with the children in Sunday school and Training Union. She retired from the Hull Post Office after 23 years of service.
