Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 26, 2013 at the Victory Temple Full Gospel Church with Rev. Gary Thomas of Amarillo and Rev. R. L. Hunnicutt, pastor officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery by Adams Funeral Home.
Rosie Lee was born on November 10, 1951 in Wellington, to Thomas and Lillie Mae Thompson Sterling. She graduated from Wellington High School with the Class of 1970.
She retired from the GM Assembly Plant in Arlington.
She was a member of the Victory Temple Full Gospel Church.
Her survivor's include 2 sons Larry D. Thomas of Wellington and Demond B. Thomas of Dallas; 2 brothers Thomas Sterling, Jr. of Wellington and Robert Sterling of Lemoore, CA.; 2 sisters Catherine Sterling and Latrice Sterling both of Altus; 8 grandchildren Rashad, Xavier, Kennedy, Tikeyah, Jalijha, Demond Jr., and Lillie.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and 2 sisters Maxine Sterling and Bessie Mae Tanzie.
