Born Sept. 27, 1935, in Snydersburg, she was the daughter of Clement
and Beulah Porter Pfendler.
She was married to Earl P. Wolbert Sr. on July 18, 1964, and he
preceded her in death July 30, 1987.
Mrs. Wolbert was affiliated with Immaculate Conception Church in
Clarion. She enjoyed yard sales, flea markets and her cat.
She is survived by seven brothers and sisters, Shirley Rapp of
Mayport, Thelma Gatesman and her husband, Bernard, of Shippenville,
Nancy Schneider of Leeper, Patricia Wolbert and her husband, Donald,
of Oil City, Clement Pfendler Jr. and his wife, Judy, of Knox, Karen
Lewis and her husband, Gary, of Knox and Diane Griebel and her
husband, Walter, of Shippenville.
She is also survived by a special friend, Bill Eihler of Parker; and a
number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a
son, Earl Patrick Wolbert Jr.
Friends and family may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Borland Funeral
Home Inc. in Leeper.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Immaculate
Conception Church in Clarion with the Rev. Monty Sayers, pastor, as
celebrant.
Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery of Lucinda.
The family suggests memorials be made to the American Diabetes
Foundation.
