He and Minnie "Viola" Devenport were married Dec. 4, 1927. She died Dec. 5, 1996.
Before moving to Torrance, CA in 1956, Mr. Seabaugh lived in St. Louis, MO; Bollinger County, MO; Tilsit, MO; Jackson, MO; Bloomfield, MO; and Ada, OK.
In 1962, Seabaugh retired from Vern Maynard Rambler GMC Automobile Agency in Torrance.
He was a member and deacon of the Community Baptist Church in Manhattan Beach, CA.
He was a member of the American Legion Post 158 in Jackson. He was a former member of the Excelsior Masonic Lodge in Jackson, the Jackson Evening Optimist Club and a past worthy patron of Eastern Star in Bloomfield.
Survivors include a son, Keith Seabaugh of Jackson, MO; three daughters, Sonya Petras of Montclair, CA; Brenda Strauch of Torrence, CA; and Sharon Thompson of Fullerton, CA; one brother, Paul D. Seabaugh of Cape Girardeau, MO; one sister, Edna Hardman of Cape Girardeau, MO; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two daughters, one brother, three sisters and one grandchild.
Friends may call Sunday at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson with an American Legion service. Funeral will be Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Brian Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
