~This lady was my grandmother, (my father's Mom). Violet first married Henry Voight in Peoria on xx-xxxx-xxxx. He died in Peoria on March 11,1936. She then married 'Jay' Harper in Peoria on xx-xxxx-xxxx. He died June 6, 1943. Violet took Sam Black as her third husband on December 9,1945. She named me and raised me for the first two years of my life. After valiantly battling cancer for almost three years, she passed away in Peoria on October 22,1952.Grandmother is buried along side her 3rd husband at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria, Illinois.~
