He was born at Charles Town, W. Va., a son of George F. and Mary Fiddler Bartlett. He has lived in Hagerstown his entire life.
He was employed by the Bartlett Tree Experts. He was a member of the Pentacostal Church of West Virginia.
Besides his parents he leaves, brother, Kenneth M. Bartlett of Hagerstown; half-brother Gene M. Fiddler of Hagerstown.
The body was removed to the funeral home of A. K. Coffman where services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. G. W. Gross officiating.
Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 tonight.
