Terry L. Poll, 64, of Green River, passed away Feb. 6, 2012, at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County following a lengthy illness.
He was born on June 21, 1947, in Ogden, the son of Delbert L. Poll and Loa Garlick.
He married Jeaneene Stovall in Dumas, Texas, on Sept. 26, 1978.
He owned and operated Franks Auto and Glass from 1989 to the present time.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, pool, watching the Broncos play football, bowling, horseshoes and stock racing and was a crew chief for his son Travis.
Survivors include his mother Loa Tucker of Ogden; two sons, Travis and Delbert Poll, both of Green River; five daughters, Terri Lee Ogden of Green River, Christon Carpenter of Rawlins, Miranda Strong and husband Brent of Rawlins, Shauna Overholt and husband Dale of Rifle, Colo., and Heather Shoemaker of Green River; three brothers, Michael Poll and wife Robyn of Riverton, Jonathan Poll and wife Lana of Ogden, and Chet Poll of Lander; two sisters, Susan Goodson and Pam Posell and husband Jack, all of Ogden; his dogs Molly and Brailee; 17 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, brother David Poll and wife Sandy and one grandson, Nathain Ogden.
Graveside services and interment will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at the Riverview Cemetery in Green River.
