Daughter of Wesley Van Buren Yielding and Charity Clementine (Hopper) Yielding. She loved her stepmother Millie Jane (Raburn) Yielding who reared her from a child. She loved her family, attending church and singing gospel songs. Her first husband, and love of her life, was Fletcher Burnett. They were married on July 10, 1921 ( at the home of the bride).

Rosa and Oscar were married February 26, 1923, in Marion County, AL.

At this time I don't know for sure if her middle name is spelled May or Mae.

After Oscar died, Rosie was married to Thomas Corbin, and then to Moses Robinson, both of whom preceded her in death.
