Brandi DeVowe married and had two daughters.

Brandi was born in Muskegon, Mi. and when it was time to come home, she came home to live for a while in the basement of the house her Dad was building.

By 1954 she was living on a cherry farm wither family in Elbridge Township, in Oceana. Here she learn all about animals and had as pets a cow she named, cats, a dog named Cowboy and a white rooster named Coco. It is here she started school at Sackrider School(k-8th grade), the very same two room school and teacher (and neighbor to the next farm south), Amy Pettigrove, that was her mother when too. By 1957-58 she went to a newly built township school and road on a bus driven by her Dad. It is also here that she had the measles and chicken pox and during one winter caught pneumonia and landed in Hart Hospital for a brief stay.

About 1959 Brandi and her family moved to Laketon Township north of Muskegon to a Wayside Trailer Park where her folks had bought a trailer. She continued school in the Laketon School district.

By 1963 she and family again moved to a house on Drent Rd. in Eggleston Township East of Muskegon. Schooling continued first at Carr School then Oakridge Jr High and on to Oakridge High School. She graduated in 1970. First getting a job at Big Boy, followed by entering the Navy for three years. She was stationed in Chicago, outside New York City, then Maryland and finally San Diego. It is here she met her carreer husband Navy man. Brandi now left the Navy early being discharged and pregnant. They had two daughters together. The traveling continued to Adak Island Alaska, then to Pennsylvania. She returned to Muskegon with daughter while her husband went to sea. It is also during this time that she divorced and entered College on the GI Bill. First at Muskegon Community College then on to Farris State College. She graduated with a Lab Tech Degree. IQ 156 and it seems to be running in the family. In her job search she choose Grants, NM and worked at Cibola General Hospital as a lab tech.

Later, she moved to Phoenix and work the same position at Boswell Hospital in Sun City. At first she lived with her mother and brother until she had established herself then bought a house on Village Ln in North Phoenix near her family. Brandi lived here for a few year before leaving this life too early at age 43. Living long enough to see her youngest daughter graduate high school. This dash all hopes of I, her brother, and Brandi growing old together. But the time she choose to leave had come, and that she did. She passed August 1, 1995 in Sun City, AZ and her ashes were scattered over the Pacific at Latitude 32 degrees 37 minutes North, Longitude 117 degrees 20 minutes West.

From Heart to Heart there are very fine threads that connect all who love, both on this side and on the other side that can never be broken.
