Iona C. Anthony (Nies), 89, of Harrisburg, passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2004 in the Harrisburg Hospital.
She was a member of St. Catherine Laboure Parish.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Edgar; her husband, Joseph; and one great-grandchild.
She is survived by her two daughters, Tommie and Linda; one son, Steven; a stepdaughter, Beverly; nine grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 12 Noon at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church, Derry Street. A viewing will be held at the church from 10 a.m. until 12 noon. Burial will take place in Resurrection Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to her church at 4000 Derry Street, Harrisburg, PA 17111, or to Hospice of Central PA, P.O. Box 266, Enola, PA 17025-0266.
