Ida Wilson Burdell of Glenaire Retirement Community in Cary, North Carolina passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2012 at the age of 87.

Ida was born December 6, 1924 in Seneca County, a daughter of the late Henry Wilson and Jessie McCoy.
Ida is survived by her husband of 66 years, nine of her ten children, 20 grandchildren, and 35 great grandchildren. After her children were grown, she spent much of her time as a volunteer worker in a non-profit thrift shop. She was a member of the Kirk of Kildaire Presbyterian Church in Cary and a lifetime member of Presbyterian Women.
