Renfrow, Marjorie Dickerson
Born January 3, 1933, in Plano, Texas, Margie was the daughter of Clifford and
Mildred Dickerson. In 1952 she married her high school sweetheart Donald Renfrow.
Their marriage lasted until his death in June 2001. She was the devoted mother of
Donnie, Mike, and Kyle, and the loving grandmother of Marshal, Rachel, and Johanna.
Margie worked at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) for 38 years. As graduate
physics advisor, she did so much for so many students. Margie died August 27, 2013
after her third round with cancer. Services will be held at Community Christian Church
in Richardson, TX (1300 Holly Drive) on Thursday, September 5 at 3:00 pm. A prior visitation will begin at 1:00 pm.
