Robert P. O'Brien

NORTH HAVEN -- Robert P. O'Brien of 107 Bailey Road, a retired New Haven fireman, died Thursday February 10, 1977, at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He was 73.
Mr. O'Brien was born in Ireland, May 13, 1904, son of the late Robert J. and Alice McGrath O'Brien. He was with the New Haven fire department from 1929 to 1956 and later was employed at the New Haven Water Co. until retirement.
He is survived by his wife, Coley May Martin O'Brien; two brothers, Edward O Brien of Milford and Vincent J. O'Brien of North Guilford; and two sisters, Mrs. Richard McDermott of North Guilford and Mrs. Kenneth GaNun of New Haven.
The funeral will be Saturday from the Sisk Brothers Funeral Home, 128 Dwight St., with a mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 9 a.m. at St. Francis Church, New Haven. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery.
