Kary, "K.C.", or "Pop" as he was called was born to Earnest Cleveland Rogers(1/7/1890-1/1/1940) and Vassie Dubose Rogers(8/25/1889-9/06/1955)in northwest Florida. His wife is Mary Rogers and his children are Daniel, David, Linda, and Elaine.
K.C. spent his early years in DeFuniak Springs, Florida and moved to Pensacola with the family after his father "Cleve" died in 1940. He lived in several different places including Chase Street in downtown Pensacola.
As a young man he worked several different jobs and eventually with the City of Pensacola`s Gas Company from which he retired after many years. While working with the Gas company he lived on "K" Street next to St. John`s Cemetery with his family where all his children grew up. More later as time permits!
