Muffet Louise Jimerson Engels was born 18th of June 1920 in Sulphur Rock, AR daughter of Charles E. Jimerson and Ellen Logan Jimerson.

She graduated from Sulphur Rock High School and attended college at Arkansas State College in Jonesboro, AR. She married Young Mack Engles Jr. son of Young Mack Engels Sr. and Nannie Lee Morgan Engels on 8 Feb 1947 in Little Rock, Pulaski Co., AR.

She worked as a bookkeeper before her marriage, and later did bookkeeping for her husband's business. She worked at Fort Chaffee during World War II and thereafter for the Arkansas Highway Department.

She was a Member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church as well. She passed away 16 Feb 2005 at Baptist Health Center in Little Rock, AR.

She was laid to rest on 19 Feb 2005 in Oaklawn Cemetery in Batesville, Independence Co., AR along side of her late husband.
