Survived by sons, Wayne and Dean; sister-in-law Mary Ann Fedde; sister-in-law Stella Buras; brother-in-law Frank Deloske. Preceded in death by wife Ann; brother Adolph; parents, Adolph, Sr. and Louise Fedde. Born in Waterloo, Nebraska and raised in Gretna. He graduated as salutatorian of the Gretna High School class of 1940. Attended college at the University of Nebraska College of Engineering, in Lincoln, until enlisting in the U.S. Navy in 1943. During WWII, served on the U.S.S. Bennington aircraft carrier as a fireman first class. Upon being honorably discharged in 1946, he started working in California as a toolmaker for Rohr Aircraft and then went to work for North American Aviation, building prototype tooling for the F-86 Sabre Jet. After returning to Nebraska in 1954, he began a 32 year career as a bridge inspector for the Nebraska Department of Roads. On June 30, 1954 he married Ann Deloske. They settled in Ashland and became lifelong residents. He was an avid sportsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his family. He was a loving husband and father with a kind heart and a gentle spirit. VISITATION Sunday 5-7pm, FUNERAL SERVICE Monday 10am, all at Roeder Mortuary, 11710 Standing Stone, Gretna. Interment Ashland Cemetery.
