Willie Eugene "Bill/TV Man" BROWN of Dayton, Ohio died Saturday, July 2, 2011 at Forest View Nursing Home at age 70. He was born May 15, 1941 a native of Lynchburg, VA, the son of Evelyn Brown Scott. Surviving was his wife, Diane Talbott BROWN.
Bill was very active in the Dayton community; a neighborhood favorite, known for his humor, hospitality and outstanding mechanical ability. He was an active member of the Inner West Priority Board; a part time cook at the Keyhole Bar, but mainly, Willie was a television repair man, owning his own shop.
