Funeral services for Martha Mae Wrenn,79,of Wayside,a homemaker,will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Mortimer Funeral Home Chapel,Greenville,MS. She died May 30 1991, of heart failure, at the King's Daughter Hospital, Greenville. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Greenville, under the direction of Mortimer National Funeral Home, Greenville.
Mrs. Wrenn was a resident of Avon for over 45 years. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She married Willie Wrenn Sr. on June 21,1929, who preceded her in death in 1967.
Survivors include one son, Willie Wrenn, Jr. of Avon; five daughters, Sarah Bell Harris of Mauldin, MO., Ollie Mae Everett of Avon, Letsy Star of Athens, Texas, Joyce Creel of Wayside, and Polly Witherspoon of Lake Charles, La.; 28 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Frank McAlpine, Steve McAlpine, Michael Witherspoon, Robbie Everett, Billy Wrenn and Jimmy Harris.
The Rev. John Tate will officiate.
