Conway Mr. David Jack Todd, age 79, husband of the late Doris Tarte Todd passed away July 25, 2013 at Conway Medical Center surrounded by his family. Mr. Todd was born March 4, 1934 a son of the late Sammie Davis Todd and the late Reba Register Todd. He was a member of Antioch United Methodist Church. Mr. Todd served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Jordanville Masonic Lodge #297, member of the Eastern Star, and a Shriner. Mr. Todd retired from Equity Life and Annuity insurance company. He was predeceased by one daughter, Jackie Todd, one son, Russell Todd, and one sister, Erie Mae Gore. Surviving Mr. Todd is one son, David Jack Todd II and his wife Jackie of Conway, one daughter, Pam Todd Martin of Aynor/Oxford, NC, one sister, Virginia James of Darlington, five grandchildren, Daryl Graham of Conway, Lindsey Swanner of Oxford, Miranda Todd, Lauren Todd both of Conway, Matthew Stupalsky of Sumter, four great grandchildren, Jackie Lee Graham, Marleigh Swanner, William David Graham, and Emerson Swanner. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM Saturday July 27, 2013 at Johnson Funeral Home of Aynor. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday July 28, 2013 at Antioch United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jim Hyatt, Rev. George Olive, and Rev. Jim Hall officiating. Burial with Masonic Rights will follow in the church cemetery.
