Lee was a 1970 graduate of Pleasant Hill High School and recieved his doctorate in chiropractic in 1977 from the Cleveland Chiropractic College. He enjoyed traveling, boating, and golfing, but his greatest love was being with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy; three sons, Brian L. Lawrence of Kansas City, MO., Anthony M. Lawrence, Sr. and his wife, Cara of Raymore, and Austin R. Lawrence, of the home; a daughter, Amanda E. Lawrence of the home; his mother, Hazel Tabor of Montrose; two sisters, Audrey Keutzer and her husband, Harold of Hohenwald, TN. and Sue McGee of Arkansas; four brothers, Junior Lawrence and his wife, Grace of Lakeland, FL., Dale Lawrence and his wife, Judy of Raytown, MO., Allen Lawrence and his wife, Sue of East Lynn, MO., and Jim Sargent and his wife, Penny of Montrose, MO.; a grandson, Anthony M. Lawrence Jr. and many other relatives and friends.
Services were held Saturday, September 15, 2001 in Ayre-Goodwin-Lee Funeral Home at Rivermonte, with burial in Rivermonte Memorial Gardens, Springfield, MO.
