Michael C. Kelley, 48, passed away in the early morning on Monday, July 15, 2013 in his home in the Zion Community, Columbia, TN.

He was born on July 4th, 1965 in Beaumont, TX to Charles and Nancy Kelley. He married Kittye Jameson Kelley on July 27, 1985 and she survives.

Also surviving are Michael's mother, Nancy Kelley of Beaumont, TX; eleven children, Lindsey Cheney (and husband Christopher) of Spring Hill, Grant Kelley (and wife Hannah) of Chicago, Ben, Emily, William, Annalise, Anne, Georgia Grace, Isaac, John Michael and Caroline Kelley, all of Columbia; two brothers, Patrick Kelley (and wife Valerie) and Timothy Kelley (and wife Patricia) both of Beaumont; three sisters, Mary Yannet (and husband Pete) of Port Neches, Catherine Kelly (and husband Timothy) of Vidor and Elizabeth Berkhouse (and husband Jeff) of Houston; brother in law, Ben Jameson (and wife Shellee) of Tuscaloosa; father in law Gene Jameson of Arkansas, twenty-two nieces and nephews and several cousins.

Michael's father Charles Patrick Kelley, mother in law, Georgia Jameson and one daughter, Kate Eileen Kelley preceded him in death.

Michael's three passions were "God first, family second, others third." He was a communing member of Zion Presbyterian Church where he taught middle school Sunday School. He loved his wife as Christ loved the church and served his family daily by setting an example of a Godly husband and father and in bringing his children up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. He invested his time and energy in the lives of his family, friends and coworkers and left a legacy of generosity and honesty. Michael enjoyed playing or watching golf and tennis, reading, and entertaining. He was the Division Vice President Of Advertising Sales at Charter Media and had been with the company for 15 years.

The visitation will be held Friday July 19, 2013 at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia from 5 p.m-7:30. The funeral service will follow on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Zion Presbyterian Church. Reverend Paul Joiner will be officiating. The burial will take place immediately following in the Zion Cemetery.
